2️⃣ Customer Support Executive

📍 Location: Pune, Maharashtra (On-site)
🎯 Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues
• Assist vendors and pet parents with orders and services
• Process returns and refunds efficiently
• Maintain positive customer relationships

👩‍💼 Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Prior customer support experience preferred
• Patience and empathy towards pet parents
