2. Vendor & Business Ethics
📜 Transparency & Honesty: Vendors must provide accurate and truthful information about their products, services, and pricing. Misrepresentation or deceptive practices are strictly prohibited.
📜 Compliance with Laws: All vendors must adhere to local, national, and international laws related to pet care, pet sales, and business practices.
📜 Fair Trade & No Counterfeits: Vendors are responsible for selling only genuine, high-quality products. Counterfeit, expired, or harmful products are strictly prohibited.
📜 Sustainable & Ethical Sourcing: Vendors should strive to source eco-friendly and sustainable pet products, ensuring minimal harm to the environment.
3. Customer Responsibility & Ethical Buying
🛍 Respect for Vendors & Service Providers: Customers should engage respectfully with vendors, groomers, trainers, and other service providers. Any form of harassment, abuse, or fraud is not tolerated.
🛍 Responsible Pet Ownership: Customers must ensure they are purchasing appropriate products and services for their pets and not engaging in impulse buying of animals.
🛍 Fair Returns & Refunds: Customers should not misuse return and refund policies to exploit vendors.
4. Fair & Inclusive Workplace Practices
