Purrishteyhaven is operated by Inteluniven Foundation (“We,” “Our,” or “Us”). All policies, terms, and conditions outlined herein apply to the services provided under Inteluniven Foundation’s oversight.

1. Introduction
Purrishteyhaven is a multi-vendor eCommerce platform operating on a drop-shipping model. All products listed on our website are sold and shipped directly by independent third-party vendors. As a marketplace facilitator, Purrishteyhaven does not handle product returns or refunds directly. Refund requests, if applicable, must be addressed directly with the respective vendor from whom the purchase was made.

By making a purchase on Purrishteyhaven, you acknowledge and agree that refund eligibility, approval, and processing are solely at the discretion of the respective vendor, subject to their individual refund policies.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refund policies vary by vendor. You are advised to review the vendor’s specific refund terms before making a purchase. Generally, refund eligibility depends on the following:

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the vendor’s inspection and approval.
  • Non-Delivery of Products: If an order is not delivered within the estimated timeframe, you may request a refund from the vendor.
  • Cancellation Before Shipment: Some vendors may allow order cancellations before the product is shipped. Please check with the vendor for cancellation eligibility.
  • Perishable or Personalized Products: Products such as pet food, customized items, or hygiene-related products may not be eligible for refunds.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact the Vendor:
    1. Visit the Orders section of your Purrishteyhaven account.
    1. Locate the order and click on Contact Vendor.
    1. Provide details such as the order number, reason for the refund request, and supporting evidence (photos/videos).
  2. Vendor Review & Approval:
    1. The vendor will review your request and determine whether a refund is applicable.
    1. The vendor may request additional information or evidence before processing the refund.
  3. Refund Processing Time:
    1. If approved, the vendor will initiate the refund as per their policy.
    1. Refunds will be credited via the original payment method or any alternative method offered by the vendor.
    1. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
    2. Refunds are processed within 5 business days from the date of approval. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 days, depending on the bank/payment provider.
  4. Escalation & Dispute Resolution:
    1. If a vendor does not respond within 3 days, or if you are unsatisfied with their resolution, you may escalate the issue to support@purrishteyhaven.com
    1. We will facilitate communication between you and the vendor but will not be responsible for issuing refunds.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds may not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not granted for personal preferences or dissatisfaction with a product that matches the description.
  • Unauthorized Returns: Products returned without prior vendor approval may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Used or Opened Items: Refunds may not be available for products that have been opened, used, or damaged due to improper handling.
  • Digital Products & Services: Items such as digital downloads, gift cards, or online subscriptions may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the vendor.

5. Payment Gateway Charges & Processing Fees

  • Any refund issued will be subject to deductions based on payment gateway fees, bank charges, or other applicable processing fees.
  • Purrishteyhaven is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.

6. Vendor Responsibilities

All vendors on Purrishteyhaven are required to clearly state their refund policies in their store policies. Vendors must:

  • Respond to refund requests within 3 business days.
  • Ensure fair resolution of refund claims based on product condition and customer concerns.
  • Provide a seamless refund experience in compliance with consumer protection laws.

  • Contact the vendor directly via your Orders Dashboard.
  • Reach out to Purrishteyhaven Support at support@purrishteyhaven.com if a vendor is unresponsive.

We encourage all customers to carefully review product details, vendor policies, and shipping terms before placing an order to avoid refund-related issues.
