Purrishteyhaven is operated by Inteluniven Foundation (“We,” “Our,” or “Us”). All policies, terms, and conditions outlined herein apply to the services provided under Inteluniven Foundation’s oversight.
1. Introduction
Purrishteyhaven is a multi-vendor eCommerce platform operating on a drop-shipping model. This means that all products listed on our platform are sold and shipped directly by independent third-party vendors. Purrishteyhaven does not store, package, or dispatch any products.
Each vendor is responsible for setting their shipping terms, delivery timelines, and applicable charges. Customers are advised to review the shipping policy of the respective vendor before placing an order.
2. Shipping Process
- Order Processing:
- Once you place an order, the vendor will process it within their specified handling time.
- Processing times vary based on product type, availability, and vendor policies.
- Some vendors may offer expedited processing for an additional fee.
- Shipping Methods & Carriers:
- Vendors may use different courier partners (e.g., Bluedart, Delhivery, FedEx, India Post, etc.).
- Shipping methods, including standard, express, and priority shipping, depend on the vendor’s selection.
- Tracking details will be provided by the vendor (if applicable).
- Estimated Delivery Time:
- Delivery times vary based on the vendor’s location, customer’s location, and the selected shipping method. Vendors will mention estimated delivery times on their product pages
- Delays may occur due to factors such as bad weather, logistical issues, or peak season demand.
- Tracking Your Order:
- Once shipped, vendors will share tracking information via email or the Orders Dashboard on Purrishteyhaven.
- Customers can track their shipments directly through the courier service’s website using the provided tracking number.
3. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping
- Shipping fees vary by vendor and are displayed at checkout before payment.
- Some vendors may offer free shipping on certain products or for orders above a specified amount.
- Additional charges may apply for remote locations, international shipping, or special handling requests.
4. International Shipping
- Some vendors may offer international shipping based on their policies.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges that may apply in their country.
- Delivery times for international orders may be longer due to customs processing.
5. Delivery Issues & Failed Deliveries
- Incorrect Address:
- Customers must provide an accurate and complete shipping address.
- Vendors are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- Failed Delivery Attempts:
- Courier services typically attempt delivery twice before returning the package to the vendor.
- If an order is returned due to non-availability of the recipient, re-shipping may incur additional charges.
- Lost or Stolen Packages:
- If a package is lost in transit, customers must contact the vendor for resolution.
- If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is missing, customers should check with neighbors or their local courier office.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- Some vendors may not ship to certain remote areas, PO Boxes, or restricted locations.
- Perishable, hazardous, or restricted items may have special shipping requirements or limitations.
7. Damaged or Tampered Packages
- If you receive a package that appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, do not accept it.
- Immediately report the issue to the vendor along with photos of the package condition.
- Vendors may offer a replacement or other resolution as per their policies.
8. Vendor Responsibilities
All vendors selling on Purrishteyhaven must:
- Clearly state their shipping timelines, courier partners, and tracking policies.
- Process and dispatch orders within their promised handling time.
- Resolve any shipping-related disputes with customers promptly.

We recommend customers carefully review vendor shipping policies before making a purchase to ensure smooth delivery.
